We charge all international orders placed on this website in EURO currency. Parcels are normally despatched from our warehouse five to seven working days after ordering and complete payment. We use trackable courier services and will need a signature from the receiver. 

We ship all products from our headquarter office in Taipei, Taiwan. Your parcel may be subject to import duties which may delay your order. Please check with your Customs Office before ordering if you are unsure as to whether this applies to your country. You will be responsible to pay your own country's customs fees and import duties.
